Who sent you a replacement phone? If it was a insurance settlement, then the phone no longer belongs to you, it belongs to the insurance company. They paid you for it. Contact them regarding you finding the lost device.
That phone will never be able to be used by you again. See the Support Article for more details.
You can't cancel the claim if a replacement device has shipped. If you find your lost or stolen iPhone after your claim has been approved, you won't be able to use that iPhone again.

It would be insurance fraud if you received a replacement device, then profited off of the device you said was lost. Yes, that is illegal.
It was replaced through AppleCare theft and loss. Suppose can reach out to them on what to do. I figured since I paid for it, then it's mine? Thanks for your reply!
You will have to return it to them. It no longer belongs to you. It was replaced using the theft and loss insurance.
Trying to keep it and activate it yourself would amount to fraud on your part.
