Are you still signed into Apple Intelligence? It didn't disappear on any of my devices on iOS 18.2. But one of the people I work with, lost it and when I checked their phone, they had somehow been logged out of Apple Intelligence. Open Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and if necessary, sign back into Apple Intelligence.

Did you find any solution I have same problem iPhone 16pro 18.2.1
