That's not Bluetooth, it's Wifi. And typically, the manufacturer of the camera will have an App in the App Store, which you connect the camera to. Check with the manufacturer of the camera. For example, my outdoor security cameras, which are Wifi are from Eufy. Eufy has an app in the App Store. I also use Ring and there is the Ring App in the App Store. To access them, I open their respective app.

According to what you said the product was, it said Wifi, not Bluetooth. And several of us have asked you if you connected it to an app from the manufacturer? Unless you give us more information, it's pretty much impossible to help you. If I were you, I'd contact the manufacturer of the camera you bought.

How far away are you? Are you connected to Bluetooth on your iPhone? Did you use the app to set it up?
