Turning off Do Not Disturb

Iphone15 question

I go to Focus, and find that the Do Not Disturb is on (white). When I tap it to turn it off, it does not respond. How do I turn off the Do Not Disturb?

Turn off all focus (DND, Driving, Work, Sleep, Personal, Any other). Open the Control center and see if this helps.
