Today, I used my mobile phone how i do every day. Past 3 hours I need to charge it but it does not charge. I look to update the software and I installed it but it does not charge again. can you verify what is happened?

It can often be as simple as a bad charging cable. Or even debris in the charging port, which you can try to pry loose with wooden or plastic toothpick (never use compressed air as it will push any debris in their deeper).
If nothing helps, then it's time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
Have you tried a different cable, power block, outlet?
