someone I thought who was a friend got in my phone many times messed with settings now I can't see deleted text messages and I need to. I need to see all of her text back to six months back from today's date

Tap to open Messages
Tap Edit in the upper left corner of the screen
Tap on Show Recently Deleted
Messages that have been deleted within the last 30 days are displayed and can be recovered
If Show Recently Deleted is not displayed there are no messages that have been deleted within the last 30 days
Any messages that were deleted more than 30 days ago have already been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Can I retrive deleted Messages on my iPhone?
