Help!! I deleted wrong person’s entire text history on my iphone 6 !!!!! I can't find any TRASHED MESSAGES or way to RECOVER!! and Im frantIc. , iphine 6 has IOS 12.5 not a higher IOS. Help!!

If it has been less than 30 days since the deletion, try this:

Recover deleted messages in Messages on iPhone - Apple Support

But if you cannot find them in trash or Deleted Messages, then I'm afraid there is nothing more to try. They are gone.
