Books folder location (yet again)

I'm answering my own question, since where I finally found my epub files(books) is located in a different folder from previous responses I've seen. I'm running Sequoia 15.2. Thankfully the apps HoudahSpot and PathFinder helped me find them.

The most direct way to access the hidden folder appears to be via the Terminal.app and input:

cd Library/"Mobile Documents"/"iCloud~com~apple~iBooks"/Documents

then enter:

open .

The command 'open' along with dot '.' will open the current directory in your Finder.
