Downloaded epubs don't show up in the books folder

Hi,

I've added 20+ epubs to my Books account, all of which I bought outside Apple's Book Store. The books sync between my Macbook and iPhone without an issue.

I was trying to find the downloaded epub files (~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks), but when I get there, the Books folder is empty.

I checked my Books account, and to my surprise, it shows like I have no books in it (picture attached). Both my Mac and iPhone use the same iCloud account, so I don't know why this is happenning.

Can anyone explain why does it happen? I'd like to fix this, so I can see the downloaded epub files on my Mac.

Thanks,

Ivan

Thanks Picas. I checked and I don't see any Books folder in my iCloud Drive. Where could I find these downloaded books?

Hi Picas, thanks again. I found the file and folder, as you explained, but when I click on the "Books" folder in the breadcrumbs navigation, I get sent to the iCloud Drive folder, where I see the main folders, like Desktop and Downloads, but not the Books folder. It's really strange. Do you know what could be the issue and how I could get to the Books folder?
