I don't know that the Hosts read here for such suggestions. You can try emailing them here:
There is no "level 3.5" so, without a restructuring of the way levels work, I doubt that would be possible. And the difference between level 4 and level 5 is pretty significant.
Meanwhile, keep honing your skills!
