did you manually set the time zone is Settings > date & Time > TimeZone?
are you using a VPN? If you are, that makes you "Present" on the Network of your VPN Provider, not your own location. Another good reason NOT to use a VPN you installed yourself.
The time zone changes manually, I changed it to the home region where I am, but the problem remains, the weather app, maps, locator do not see my location. The same situation in the browser, you allow the browser to use the location, but it says that "Your location could not be determined"
