Some of the photos on my iphone 16 pro max are appearing totally black in camera roll, then after zooming in some of the image will appear but with a black rectangle covering part of it. Phone feels generally slow too, saddening considering I upgraded from an old broken phone which felt smoother to use than this. Hoping software updates can fix this. Or is it a hardware issue?
Is this a hardware issue? Will software update fix the issue? These are the questions that will be nearly impossible to answer correctly in this forum.

I recommend that you take advantage of it by contacting 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
