Apple AI Siri is not working on macOS 15.2

the mac is on 15.2, the mac has m3 and siri doesnt use chatgpt or the new ai siri and all of that is enabled

Siri popping up on its own in macOS 15.3 For the best few weeks, even before this last software update, Siri has been popping up on its own. I'm not pressing any keys accidentally nor am I activating it's my voice by saying Siri or hey Siri. I've had to completely disabled Siri because it was getting extremely annoying and I can't find anyone else mentioning the same problem on the Internet. Is this happening to anyone else?

yes and it appears to work but there isnt any diffrence

it meets the requirements and is enabled, but its not any diffrent from the old siri
