I am trying to FaceTime my grandma in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She also has a iPhone, but for some reason, I cannot get the FaceTime button to show. Can I fix this somehow?
When trying to FaceTime with someone who has iPhone as well I do not see the video FaceTime button shown that I can be chosen

Your grandma would a. need a iphone and b. she needs to have facetime set up.
