M4 mini ethernet and wifi issue

Have new M4 Mac mini and cannot use both wired and wireless ethernet at the same time. I need them set up for two different network IP configurations. Wireless works fine until an ethernet cable is plugged in and then stops responding. Nothing wrong with cable (works fine with Windows PC and laptop used in needed configuration). What setting am I missing?

I have a network switch with multiple devices connected to it (Signage video players, and video projectors) I can access these devices in a web browser, using their IP addresses. Now I also want the Mac to access the internet over the Wifi, so that I can connect to it remotely if I need to troubleshoot something or update some files. The Wifi in the space I am in, is on the 10.10.20.50 range. My problem is that I can't access the wifi while the ethernet network is active. If I set the ethernet network to inactive, then I can reach the internet over the Wifi network. But as soon as I activate the ethernet network, wifi stops working. Both Wifi and ethernet networks show up as connected (green dot) in System settings. I'm not a network specialist, can someone help me with this and tell me how to make this work? Thanks

Unable to connect to WPA2 Enterprise networks and some WPA3 Personal networks at University A problem has occurred with my new MacBook Pro (14" M2 2023.) Where it is unable to hold a connection to the Student and Eduroam WIFI networks on Campus. It's able to initially connect to the networks but then after 3~ seconds it disconnects. The WIFI settings page says that there is "No IP Address" as it attempts to connect. Its able to find these networks on the WIFI settings page, but remains unable to connect for more than 3 seconds. Noting the issues where there was WIFI instability caused by the AWDL interface (that were addressed by an update) I've followed online guides steps to turn of that function, restart the computer in safe mode and then connect to the network, however these efforts have not worked. Our University IT team says its an issue with the M1 and M2 MacBooks and Mac's and that its not a university sided issue, rather an issue on 'apples side.' Looking for any further suggestions to help fix the issue. Thanks,

Mac Air M2 chip won't connect to the New Verizon 6 Router Trouble connecting to the internet, wifi does not have an IP address and not able to connect to the internet. This is occurring on my mac air M2 chip with a new Verizon wifi 6 router. Any suggestions?

Try changing the Network > Service Order:

see > Change the order of the network services your Mac uses - Apple Support

How can something so easily done on a pc is not possible on a Mac?
