Discrepancy in trade-in value for iPad with no pre-existing damage
I sent in an IPad for trade-in. I received an email stating that the Ipad had damage to the screen saying LCD display burn in damage/streaks/discoloration across screen. When looking at the photos they sent there was a big crack and damage to the screen and I was surprised because when I sent back it was in perfect working order no cracks, dents or problems of any kind. I chatted with a Specialist and they did a second review and sent an email saying that no damage occurred to the device during shipping and my trade-in value was still 0 but how is that possible when I sent it in with no defects? Has anyone else run into this problem with their trade-ins and is there anything else I can do to remedy this situation? Thanks for any help.
