I stupidly clicked on a phishing link sent by a friend and started to complete info (just gender & age group) until I came to my senses and realised this was a scam.. could I have had my iPhone hacked ??

Best to NEVER click on any links in any messages or emails, even if they look legitimate.
For example.....you receive a message that your iCloud account has been hacked and you need act immediately......Do not click on the link. Instead, log on to your Apple account. If there is a problem, you will know immediately.

When it got to the where it asked for my email and mobile phone number I panicked then exited the website, I then then cleared my browser history etc in settings, turned my phone off and restarted and deleted the link / message from my wattsapp account

No worries, you are fine. Keep watching out for scams......they are everywhere.

Clicking on the link will not cause problems, but filling out the information that the scammers wanted and sending it off might create some issues.
After you clicked on the link and started to type out information....what did you do?
