Privacy Browsing no longer available on Safari in my iPhone

Hello for some reason when I go on safari I don’t have the privacy browsing I would like to know how can I get it

If you are still unable to open the Private browser window using the provided link, you may have Screen Time restrictions placed on your device that prevents it. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content, and change it to Unrestricted. If you are part of a Family Plan, it would be the Organizer that would need to make the change.
