I was trying to add some music from my Pc via iTunes to my phone. When I opened iTunes a pop up stated an update was available. I clicked download and update. Now my phone won't do anything. It got stuck on the update and no matter what I've tried I can't seem to fix it. Interesting note is that the serial number isn't showing in iTunes as well. It did before. Please help as this is my only way of communication and I use it a lot for business.
