No access to iOS 18.2 features on iPhone
I downloaded the iOS 18.2 but I don’t have access to anything from the update. Why is that?

That’s not true. I have a 15 Pro. So does a couple of my family members and they have everything that came with the update.
What country/region are you in? What language is your phone set to? Where did you originally buy the phone?
How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support
What is it you don't have access to? If your post is accurate and you have an iPhone 15 Plus, your phone will not get any of the Apple Intelligence features. For that, you'd need an iPhone Pro/Pro Max or any of the iPhone 16s.

iPhone 15 Pro is eligible. The 15 plus is not. In one comment you stated you had the iPhone 15 pro but in this one you are saying you have the Plus.

Yes. I thought it was proj but I was thinking of my 14. I have a Plus. But ok. You all say I’m restricted from having it. That’s just crazy to me. Thanks for your help.
What country did you purchase your iPhone in? Did you purchase it from Apple online or an Apple Retail Store. Was the iPhone used?
Please follow the path stedman1 posted and tell us the model. The answer we’re coming to is your iPhone model may be restricted for various reasons.
Did you turn on Apple Intelligence in settings?
It doesn’t show up as an option. Neither does the playground app.
What is the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???
iPhone 15 Plus
The 15 plus does not have the hardware required to run Apple Intelligence. Apple is not "restricting" it. It is a matter of hardware.

An iPhone 15 Plus doesn't have the required hardware.
