why does a single note remain stuck in logic pro x?

why does a single note remain stuck in logic pro x? I mention that I don't use any midi controller, but both with and without it a note remains stuck, what can I do? I can't play anything....what can I do about this problem? it doesn't matter the plugin, this problem sometimes disappears if I leave logic pro in the background and use safari in the front for example, but only sometimes does this problem disappear sometimes it appears on the E note sometimes on the C note, i mention that I use Logic Pro 11.1, osx 15.1.1
