Unwanted Focus mode changes on iPhone

Last night out do not discern on for few hours. Now it’s taken off notifications are either silenced or silenced while Lock Screen, says some rubbish about go to apple if and open notifications in other devices… am I loaded all of a sudden as have a phone….ghats it how do I sort this bar never have the option to go on do not disturb… nice one apple clever idea for the ants of the world?
