No sound or notification for incoming WhatsApp calls
Once the WhatsApp app is not in use, I am not receiving notifications or hearing any ringtone for incoming call. If the WhatsApp app is open, I can hear and see

Getting No Sounds an Notifications When an Open App is Not in Use:
A. Close All Apps:
These Apps may be open. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.
B. Perform a Force Restart:
