WhatsApp call issue: Background voices not heard by recipient on iPhone

Hi! There’s an issue with my whatsapp calls . Background voices are not being heard by the recipient only my voice is going if I’m blowing air into the microphone they can’t hear it ( only can hear it when phone is on speaker) it was okay before. In voice it is coming but not in calls . Can you please help me . It’s necessary for my work
