After upgrading to iOS 18.2 the lock screen is black with no image on iPhone 15 Pro

Putting the phone in sleep mode and then turning off indeed worked for my wall papers to show again! Thank you!!!!😊

Troubleshooting a Black iPhone Screen:

I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. This can typically occur when you go about updating the iOS, and it got stuck while in the process.  So, refer to my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

Not sure if this will help you but I just suddenly had this same issue present today, though I upgraded to iOS 18.2 a few days ago. I put my phone in sleep focus and then took it off of sleep focus and magically, my wallpaper for the Lock Screen appears again. Give it a try <shrug>. Hope it helps you.

I’m having a similar issue with the same iPhone only mine is blurred

Have changed the settings, double checked blur is not on, even turned the Dim Lock Screen off and it’s blurred.

Always On Display

TURN ON - Wallpaper

if you have DIM LOCKED SCREEN switched on it the focus setting it will still blur so make sure that’s switched off
