Apple Music subscription issue on Android phone

Apple Music App on Android phone Apple Music. Prompt to resubscribe but keep saying email address already exists. Failed to sign into apple account. Prompt telling me to check account information. I have done so, many times.

How can I switch my SheerID verification account for Apple Music? I have previously verified my status using SheerID using the wrong Apple ID to sign up for Apple Music, and now that I wish to switch back to the correct account it does not let me verify (rightfully so). I have cancelled my subscription for the wrong account so that it will stop debiting my account, however I would like to know who to contact (SheerID?
