iPhone 15 Pro Siri UI missing after iOS 18.2 update

I am currently experiencing an issue with my iPhone 15 Pro after upgrading to iOS 18.2. Previously, I was able to utilize Apple Intelligence and access the new Siri UI. However, after the update, I am no longer able to do so. Although the Apple Intelligence option is still visible, it no longer includes ChatGPT. Furthermore, my Siri has reverted to the older version. Despite repeatedly restarting my phone, I have been unable to resolve this issue. Could you please advise me on the appropriate steps to take?

I ‘fixed’ the issue. I went to iMessage and tried to use Genmoji in a chat. It then tried to download the relevant update. If you have the Playgrounds app and try to use that, it will also attempt to download AI. Asking it to do it through settings, didn’t work for me. I also had my device connected to power, for good measure and it took a few minutes but it’s now working again. Shambles.
