Real-time tracking issue with Apple Watch SE Cellular + GPS on Find My

My wife and I have iPhones that are easily tracked in REAL TIME on the Find My app. The app indicates "LIVE" tracking or location. The watch which has a cellular data plan with ATT will show up as being tracked but only updates sporadically usually taking over 15 minutes to update the location. Even then the watch is no longer at the location and the app indicates location 5 minutes ago for example.

ATT and Apple Genius both live in store and 6 different tech support guys have tried...no success. It is marketed as a device specifically for tracking your kids for safety. I have returned the original watch and I am now trying to get a second watch to work.

I cannot believe I am the only parent in America that is trying to use this watch as advertised by Apple...and that is not seeing the REAL TIME (LIVE) Tracking.

I too am having this issue among others (a bunch of cloud-related issues). Apple Watch SE (2nd get) for my kid. It's cellular and won't live track (pulsing green glow in Find My). I've tried everything I can think of to get it to work. The best I can do is enable the weather app to "always" allow location in privacy settings and that seems to at least ping the watch's location more often but I still can't get it to live track. My cousin's Gabb watches will live track immediately upon opening his app on his phone.
