Youtube videos on Apple TV keep switching to other languages

Restarting an old thread, I am sending my videos from my MacBook to my apple tv via Airplay on Youtube. After about 2 seconds, my videos switch to another random language, and because I am using Airplay & youtube, there are no dub options to change it. So its not like watching a movie where I have extended options. There are only subtitles, Picture in picture & Audio (which only displays: UNKNOWN).

In settings: I have my region set to UK, my language set to UK

On my mac (where youtube is being sent from): I have all of my possible options set to UK.

I suspect it's in order to stop the adblocker on my macbook and force me to put up with sadverts on youtube through the app on apple tv. In reality it just means I watch yt ONLY on the mac as the adverts are so intrusive.

Does anyone else have this, or a workaround?

I have this problem using airplay and a Samsung TV.

Setting the quality from auto to manual has been working. If the video has already started then I change the quality to whatever is in the list even if it's 360p and the audio changes to English. The low resolution does not seem to impact the airplay quality.
