Apple Intelligence features on older iPhones

I know that full Apple Intelligence features are only available on the iPhone 15 and 16, but I've read that a small selection of AI features does work on older iPhones, including the iPhone SE 2nd Gen (which is the one I'm testing). However, I can't find the article now! Can anyone confirm this either way, please?

You are mistaken. AI is only available on the 15 PRO and newer phones. it is not available at all on the iphone 15.
