Downloading support for Image playground It’s been over 24 hours that I can’t access to the genmoji and image playground because every single I try to open the app I only can see page that say downloading support for image playground or genmoji , I try with WiFi or LTE but it doesn’t work

That means you are still in the waitlist for Image Playground. There are people ahead of you in line to get access to Playground, so give it some more time. If the problem persists, contact Apple Support.
