Playing with Apple Intelligence - How do I stop Siri searching Google

I upgraded to 15.2 and have been playing with Apple Intelligence.

I asked Siri a question and was horrified to see a Search Google button below the suggestions.

Can someone please tell me how I can change the default search engine? Why does it not match the default in Safari?
