Black horizontal line in Photos app on iPhone 13 after iOS 18.2 update

Using iphone 13.. After updating to 18.2, a thin black horizontal line appears in photos app when i open an image. It disappears but the line keeps on appearing inconsistently. This happens only in photos app alone. When exited everything works fine.

I read about this happening in 18.1 Not sure what the answer is to correcting the bug in 18.2 except calling Apple
