gonto settings>General>Language & Region> Chose English US as your main language then go back to Apple intelligence and it will start downloading the missing modules

Are your device language and Siri language both set to supported languages?

Look at the left bottom of their first post. It clearly shows they have an iPhone 16 Pro.
