Can't reply to a post it say's timed out

I can’t reply to a post because it says I have timed out. How can the Apple Community site have a bug like this without fixing it? Very frustrating!

How do I fix error when replying to posts on Apple Community? This is getting extremely frustrating. Every time I try to reply a reply on one of my posts, I get an error message that it isn’t working and to try again later. There was forum maintenance earlier today that could explain what you saw.. It seems to be fine for me now. ~7PM PST 12 Dec
