Sound Only from Left Speaker on Apple Studio Display - call

My Apple Studio Display (Build 21A329) is connected to my MacBook Pro (M1). When I make a call through Telegram or receive a voice reply from the ChatGPT app, the sound only comes from the left speaker. In “Audio Devices,” the Studio Display Speakers are selected. All other sounds (apple music, youtube) play correctly.

If I create a multi-output device and select the Studio Display Speakers, the sound from ChatGPT, for example, plays properly, coming from the “center.”
