What is the procedure to change my MacBook Air M3?

I've having so many issues with my MacBook Air m3, service centers can't also give solutions, now I want to change my device. what is the procedure?

If you want satisfaction you'll have to be persistent.


Each time you discover a problem or a recurrence of an issue, make it a point to notify Apple, either through online help or directly at theGenius bar. It might help to make Genius Bar appointments so that there is a record of your continued contact. If you call Apple Support, make sure you elevate to a level above that of the person who is your first contact. If Apple cannot eliminate a problem then this is one way to document that your issue is beyond repair and may give you some leverage as a consumer if the only fix is a replacement of a defective device.


Be persistent, but also be respectful. You'll have to be your own advocate in this.
