Printing a Christmas Card List from Contacts

Hi All, I'm trying to print a simple list from selected contacts (in this case my '2024 Christmas Card List' on my Macbook Air 2024. I've selected Print/lists and deselected information I don't want. But still I can only print 1 page.

Tearing hair out as this used to be simpler. Would really appreciate your expert and knowledgable advice!

With many thanks

What I do is open a blank Numbers spreadsheet on my Mac and then open the Contacts app on my Mac. I then select all contacts and then drag them to the open Numbers spreadsheet. I can then work with them in the spreadsheet which offers much more flexibility.

If I want to print labels, I export the spreadsheet to an Excel format (Numbers File menu > Export to) and then use Avery Design & Print Online to do the labels. It is very flexible and is free. https://www.avery.com/software/design-and-print/
