where did effects go logic pro

In the channel-strip area, where the audio effect ( compressor, reverb, EQ) plugins are selected, previously selected effects are shown with a yellow triangle and a "!" and no audio can be heard as that track is payed. This is seen on all songs.

Sound effects are missing in Logic Pro Hi, Some sound effects are no longer available in Logic Pro. In a project I used to work on, Thunder Clap, Forest.1 and I used effects like Rain Heavy Thunder. Dragging Audio from Finder Changes Track Input Steps to reproduce: - Create a new audio track - Change the Channel Mode to Stereo - Set the input to an input higher than 1-2 or any bus - Drag an audio file from Finder to the track - The input changes. It changes again if I drag another audio file to the same track. What I've tried: - Started from an empty project - Started Logic with Open using Rosetta checked and unchecked - Started Logic from a Guest User account I've already submitted via Logic Feedback, but just posting in case anyone else has run into this. iMovie audio went silent My iMovie audio went silent after converting a DVD of home movies to mp4 format using a new subscription to Video Converter X2 app. I converted the DVD, dragged the clips to my desktop and into my iMovie media holding queue. The DVD was silent film but it had a musical background track. I. have separated the DVD audio track from the silent video. How do I restore my iMovie audio while retaining the old home movie clip as part of the iMovie project? Is there a third-party plug-in to remove? Apple's "If you can't. here sound in your iMovie for Mac project" help tips don't get me to a solution.

Go to Logic's preferences/audio and adjust your audio settings. Make sure "core audio" is enabled and your Input/Output devices are correctly set
