How do I turn off word/phrase suggestion pop up while typing in Pages?

While typing in a document a shaded suggestion to complete a word or phrase pops up. I know how to spell and I know what I want to say. This feature is distracting. How do I turn it off?

System Settings > Keyboard > Input Sources [ Edit… ] and disable Show inline predictive text.
