update 18.1.1 cant veiw old videos

I purchased a new iPhone 13 in March of 24. Only 53 GB used of 256 GB.

After updating my phone to the 18.1.1 update, I can no longer view any videos I took before the update. The thumbnail of the videos appear but when I tap to play them the screen goes blank and there is no sound. However, the play bar appears to she the video is playing. I can take new videos with no issue but I would like to be able to see my old memories.

I’ve worked with the photo settings but nothing has fixed this problem. Anyone else experiencing this? And what else could I try to fix this bug.
