Apple watch draining in 2-4 hours

After i updated my Iphone 15 plus to IOS 18.0.1, my apple watch is draining within 2-4 hours. Any suggestions?

Did you try to erase your watch and pair it again to your iPhone?

The latest iOS version is 18.1.1
