Specs for a MacBook Pro running Logic Pro

I’m about to purchase a new MacBook Pro. I’m trying decide what’s doable that will meet my needs for a few years.

What would be a good choice without going completely over the top. Would M4 Pro be sufficient. Is 30G of memory good? Is a 1T drive sufficient?

thoughts?

MacBook Pro, OS X 10.11

Hey, Pete_in_FL!

Thanks for taking the time to answer!!

i’m spec’ing from the “Buy” on the MBP page. Yep…meant 32G and the drive is indeed an SSD! If you select M4 Pro you get 24G or 40G on the memory, and it’s $400 less than if you pick M4 Pro Max, then, it’s only 36G memory., but then different is the extra $400.!

Good,’good!! M4 Pro and 40G it is!

Thanknyou, good sir!! 😁
