Emojis moving around when sending multiple same emojis?!

For example, if you want to send three laughing emojis, you can't because it moves to a different place and you need to "search" for that emoji. When using the "recently used" emojis, they move around while typing. Also emojis are now HUGE and you need to scroll more for certain emojis... It is not a problem if they move around after you stop typing/adding emojis to the chat, but this way it is unusable.

Edit: It was not this way on the iOS 17. It was in the same place until you finished the message. I regret updating to iOS 18.1 only because of this...
