Turning off email notification of Apple discussion reply to question?

How do we turn off getting email notifications of replies to a question we ask on Apple discussions?

I asked a question about a year ago and no longer want to receive frequent email notifications of further answers to a resolved question …

I turned off notifications for the question but the email notifications keep coming …

Follow up suggestions continues even after being turned off on Iphone I am getting email reminders to respond to after three days, even though I have turned off the followup suggestion setting. It brings up old emails to the top of the mail list. It is only happening for my gmail email, but when I log on to the gmail site, those old emails / followup reminders don't show there, only on my iphone. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

Recent forum modifications have an impact on e-mail notifications Hi Two of the recent changes have had a negative impact in my following the discussions. One was the default ordering of posts being "Best". This does not make any sense to me, as in a discussion there is timeline, and something taken out of context may not make much sense. I was able to solve that by editing the preferences in my profile, so I am leaving that here in case it helps. The other one I could not solve! I receive e-mail notifications and up to a few days ago notifications about the same thread were grouped in Mail under one "Conversation". Since the new changes, even though they all have the same subject, somehow the structure of the notifications make it so they do not form a Conversation. This makes for a messier mailbox. Does anyone have any clue about this? I could not find any way to change this. TIA

Have you turned them off in your forum preferences? Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of this page and select "Preferences":

Scroll near the bottom of the resulting page and uncheck the boxes under "Messages from Apple."
