Apple Intelligence unresponsive on my iPhone 15 Pro

I am using an iphone 15 pro which has the latest ios update. And every time i click join waitlist, it doesn’t do anything but send me back to the settings AI menu. I have tried restarting my phone but it doesn’t work.

i m in waitlist from last 2 days for Ai, generally its take few moments to ready From last 2 days i m in waitlist for apple intelligence , why is this happening to my device where other devices get in few minuts after waitlist.?

Where are you located?
Have you changed your language and Siri language to US English?
Was your phone possibly manufactured for the China market (the model number in Settings > General > About would in in CH/A
