Logic stuck at 10.7.9 - Ventura 13.7.1

So, I finally decide to update from Monterey to Ventura, all music plugins I use seem to be supported and I am now on Ventura 13.7.1.

Problem is, Logic is stuck at 10.7.9, no updates coming up in App Store, no other way to download what should be the latest supported 11.0.1 version of Logic (not even 10.8). Only 11.1 shows in the App Store and rightly so, says it requires MacOS 14.4. Is there another way I can install 11.0.1? I tried to refresh the App Store page, go to my list of apps, nothing...
