All it shows is Kee-2024-4716.pdf with next to it a black square with a circle around it. It is the same for all online receipts but with different text. I have an updated adobe acrobat reader which was suggested somewhere could be the cause but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply Allan. I'm using a MacBook Air with Sequoia 15.1.1 and Safari as my browser.
I can see the receipt in my email underneath the thank you note but when I attempt to print it, it only shows the first part of the email that thanks me for the donation but page 2 with the actual receipt is just a little black box. I opened it within Adobe and the same happens. And yes, it doesn't matter from which site the receipt comes.

If it looks like an icon, did you try double-clicking to see if it will open in Preview or Adobe Reader?
Is this when using the Apple Mail app, or are you checking mail through your browser?
