Enable Developer Mode on Vision Pro 2.1.1

I purchased a Vision Pro to learn how to develop spatial Apps last week. I cannot find the development mode option in Privacy and Security; it is not found on the WiFi Network by Xcode, nor can I pair it with Bluetooth; it does see the Mac Studio, but it tells me it is not supported. Do I need a unique VisonOS build to enable developer mode, and if it's not supported, how can I return the unit? I just attended the Apple Park VisionOS workshop, which motivated me to purchase the device.
