Hey Guys, I bought a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I happen to see some marks on it, could it be a manufacturing defect- is it normal to have some minor defects; has anyone experienced this? Though the marks are small and won’t really be noticeable but it’s bothering me. Any insights are appreciated!
I saw tiny black spot on the back of white and desert titanium too ( never used it , it was from factory) , I bought and return for 20 times
If you aren’t using a case it’s impossible to say if this is a defect. Unless you just took it out of the box and immediately saw these marks indicating that they truly existed before you could actually use it…it’s going to look like it's accidental cosmetic “damage”. You could always take it to the nearest Apple Store to see what they say. Or if you’re still within the return/exchange period you could try to have it exchanged (although it’s possible they may see the marks as a reason to deny return). If you aren’t using a case you may want to consider using one moving forward
